A recent article from the “Canadian Apartment” magazine by Chaim Rivlin of rentseeker.ca illustrates what they deem as “must have amenities. It is interesting to note that MORe as been designing these types of amenity spaces for over five years. Long before they became the “norm” in the rental and condominium marketplace.
