Concept designs for a condominium building on King Street North in Waterloo, for which a variety of concepts were considered. The 14-storey tower concept includes 110 residential units featuring 1-bedroom, 1-bedroom plus den, 2-bedroom, and 2-bedroom plus den suites, as well as ground floor commercial space. Amenities within the building include a lobby, lounge and terrace, and a fitness room.
