This 7-storey building across the street from the Wilfrid Laurier University campus features a clean, contemporary interface with the street, bicycle parking and seating, and a pop of contrasting colour at the entrance. This project is one of a series of skinny buildings Masri O Architects has designed in Waterloo, which play with the constraints of tight sites to create attractive and dense spaces for urban living.
