This is a seven-storey, infill re-development on a severed and re-consolidated land on Victoria Street South in Kitchener. The 94 units are all studio-style in a tiny apartment fashion. The building is constructed using off-site-fabricated pre-cast concrete walls and floors. Using cost-effective techniques in the design and choice of building material we were able to achieve an energy-efficient building with small footprint and operating expansive.
